Our Conditioning and Acro Basics class is designed to enhance a dancer’s ability by focusing on strengthening, flexibility, and basic acro elements. From the upper body strength necessary for inversions and freezes to the engagement of the core muscles required for complex movements and turns, this class will help dancers of all ages increase their ability. Using a progressive curriculum our staff will assess each student’s current level of development and meet them where they are at. By creating a customized plan we will help each child find a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
This class will not perform in our annual recitals as it is designed to be an enhancement for a dancer’s growth not as its own discipline. Enrollment in another class is required as is prior dance training.
